  • 4 companies have failed both this year’s and last year’s votes
    • Hercules Offshore, Inc.
    • Kilroy Realty Corp.
    • Nabors Industries Ltd.
    • Tutor Perini Corp.
  • One company, Insite Vision, Inc., received more ‘For’ than ‘Against’ votes, but the company did not approve the proposal (less than 49% ‘For’ votes)
