Steven E. Hall announce the formation of Steven Hall & Partners, a
consulting firm focused solely on CEO, senior management and director
compensation.

firm devoted exclusively to executive compensation, board remuneration and

Prior to forming
Steven Hall & Partners, Mrs. Meyer and Mr. Hall acted as Chairman and
President, respectively, of Pearl Meyer & Partners, executive
compensation consultants, which they founded in 1989 and which became an
