Incentive Compensation Webinar Series

Incentive Compensation Webinar Series

November 8 2017

As organizations consider how best to use resources, “pay-for-performance” is an appealing mantra. Incentive compensation remains a powerful tool to motivate, manage and retain key executives.

As with all compensation programs, design considerations are critical when establishing a successful incentive plan. Among the most important and problematic tasks is determining appropriate performance metrics. The right metrics can provide focus, help strengthen the organization financially, and encourage desirable behaviors and outcomes.

Please join Steven Hall Jr. and Joseph Sorrentino of Steven Hall & Partners for a webinar series focused on incentive compensation. This 2-part series will help provide the tools to put you on the path to incentive compensation success.

November 16th at 1:00PM EST

In this session, we will provide an update on the current state of annual incentive plans, including recent trends, policy changes among shareholder advisory groups, and challenges compensation committees are facing, including goal setting, use of discretion and payout curves.
