While we often think every company should have a NQDC plan, this session will focus on what  fee-based Comp. Consultants are actually telling their clients and Boards of Directors.  It is intended enlighten attendees to the Boardroom conversations that occur behind closed doors.  The take-away is to be better able to adapt client conversations to address Board/Comp. Committee and shareholder concerns.
